PRODUCT CHANGES

If you wish to exchange the product you have purchased - and only if the product has not been used - you must send us an e-mail at jackandjonesathens.com or call us on 2106195758 within 4 days from the date of receipt.

For orders outside Greece, the customer makes the return at his own expense and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (depending on the destination country).

For orders within Greece, the return can be made:

In this case, the customer undertakes to send us the respective product at our expense exclusively with SPEEDEX. As long as we receive it and find that it is in excellent condition, we will send the new product with cash on delivery and a fee of €3.50.

In the event of an error by the company in sending the product or a defective product, the shipping costs are borne by the company. If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately.

If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another one, you must register a Return Request within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and ship the product within 3 days from approval of the Request. Once the return has been made and it has been determined that the product has not been used, you will be refunded.
The products and packaging must be in perfect condition and accompanied by all accompanying documents: Retail Receipt or invoice and all accompanying items, such as labels, etc.
Refunds are made at the purchase price of the products, within 14 calendar days.
In the event of a refund, THE COSTS OF RETURNING THE PRODUCTS SHALL BE CHARGED BY THE CUSTOMER.
Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.
